📝 Blooming Berry Ice Cream Cupcakes Made with Smoothie Mix Ingredients:
- ½ cup Raw Almonds
- ¼ Cup Macadamia Milk for the base and 1 Cup for the ice cream
- ¼ Cup Buckwheat Groats
- ½ Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 4 Tbsp Smartfruit Blooming Berry
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
🍶 Blooming Berry Ice Cream Cupcakes Made with Smoothie Mix Preparation:
- To Prepare the base: blend dates, almonds, ¼ cup macadamia milk, buckwheat groats, and oats. Once blended press into a lined cupcake pan
- To prepare the ice cream: blend cashews, blueberries, Smartfruit Blooming Berry, coconut oil, and 1 cup of macadamia milk
- Pour the mixture over top of the base in the lined cupcake pan and decorate with blueberries
- Place the pan in the freezer for 2 hours or until solid and Enjoy!
