Bitter is certainly not bad when it comes to this tiki inspired cocktail. You will be thinking of white sands and sunny vacations with every sip. Made with an amazing ensemble of flavors, this concoction is simply perfect! Plus, we have incorporated Smartfruit Aloha Pineapple, a secret weapon of flavor, that will not add sugar and is completely natural. So not only is this creative cocktail packed with island vibes, but it also is infused with truly wholesome ingredients. Tastes good and is good for you, sounds good to us!  

📝 Ingredients: The Bitter(s) End                   

✻ 1 Oz. Amaro di Angostura                                

✻ ½ Oz. Aperol   

✻ ½ Oz. Cappelletti             

✻ ¾ Oz. Lemon Juice       

✻ ¾ Oz. Pineapple Juice    

✻ ½ Oz. Cane Sugar Syrup or ½ Oz. Smartfruit Aloha Pineapple

✻ Soda Water

 

🍶 Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients except for the soda water to an ice filled shaker
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a tall ice filled glass
4. Top with soda water
5. Enjoy!
