📝 Ingredients: Super Strawberry Ice Cream Bar
✻ 1 Cup Cashews (Soaked overnight)
✻ ½ Cup Chilled Coconut Cream
✻ 2 ½ Cups Strawberries
✻ 5 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
✻ 1 Tsp. Agar-Agar Powder
✻ 1 Tsp. Smartfruit Summer Strawberry
🍶 Preparation:
- In a small pot, combine agar powder and coconut cream and simmer on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the powder dissolves
- Stir frequently
- Add cashews, strawberries, maple syrup, and Smartfruit to a blender and gently pulse
- Once combined add in the coconut mixture and blend again until smooth
- Pour into chilled molds and freeze for 3-4 hours
- Defrost slightly before serving
