Eating breakfast in the morning can sometimes be challenging due to the snooze button we all love to hit sometimes. Luckily our Fruit Concentrate Southern Style Lemon-Banana Trifle is quite easy to make and will leave you craving for more! Each Fruit Concentrate Southern Style Lemon-Banana Trifle is carefully crafted in small batches where we then only select the best and freshest raw ingredients. Lastly, we boosted our Fruit Concentrate Southern Style Lemon Banana Trifle with Oat fiber which promotes easy digestion and as well as good heart health.



📝Ingredients:

 

Vegan Lemon Banana Trifle

  • 10 Italian Ladyfinger Biscuits (from half a 7-ounce package)
  • ½ cup Dessert Wine (such as Sauternes or Sweet Sherry)
  • 1 cup Easy Lemon Curd


Coconut Whip Cream

  • 2 cans Coconut Cream (chilled in fridge overnight, solid portion only)
  •  3-4 oz Smartfruit Sunny Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 oz Lemon Extract (lemon juice will make the whip curdle)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest

 

 

🍶 Preparation:

  1. Place ladyfinger biscuits on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with dessert wine; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. To make the coconut whip add the ingredients to the bowl of a standing mixer and mix until smooth. 
  3. Place 5 soaked ladyfingers in a 2-quart serving bowl. Top with 1/3 cup lemon (or raspberry) curd, then half the whipped coconut cream. Top with remaining ladyfingers, 1/3 cup curd, and remaining whipped cream; top with remaining 1/3 cup curd. Refrigerate 3 hours (or up to overnight) before serving.
