 Mango Chia Pudding  

Easy and delicious go hand and hand with this tempting treat! Made with simple wholesome ingredients yet complex in flavor, this perfect tropical infused chia pudding will be a hit no matter when it is enjoyed!

 

📝 Ingredients: Mango Chia Pudding               

 ¼ Cup Chia Seeds                               

 2 Tbsp. Passion Fruit Flakes   

 ½ Cup Mango Puree            

 1 Cup Coconut Milk

 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (Try Smartfruit Mellow Mango as a No-Sugar Added Sweetener)       

 ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract

 ¼ Cup Chia Seeds (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)         

 ¾ Cup Coconut Milk (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)                 

 ¼ Cup Almond Milk (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)                 

 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)                   

 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)                  

 

🍶 Preparation:

  1. Start by making the mango chia pudding by adding chia seeds, passion fruit flakes, mango puree, coconut milk, maple syrup or Smartfruit, and vanilla to a jar
  2. Cover tightly with lid and shake to combine
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or even overnight  
  4. Repeat the same steps using the ingredients for the coconut chia pudding
  5. When ready to assemble add half of each mixture to a jar
  6. Top with fresh fruit
  7. Yum!
