🍶 Frozen Tropical Fruit Cupcake Made with Smoothie Base Preparation:
- Melt Chocolate on low heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning
- Pour melted Chocolate in the bottom of your lined cupcake pan, place in freezer for 5 minutes or until frozen solid
- Remove pan from freezer and add a layer of Smartfruit Tropical Harmony Smoothie Mix. Place pan back in the freezer and freeze until solid
- While your second layer is freezing, blend strawberries with Smartfruit Harvest Reds Smoothie Mix
- Remove pan from freezer and add a thin layer of chocolate and freeze for 5 minutes
- Next add a layer of the berries and Smartfruit Harvest Reds mixture, freeze until solid
- Remove from freezer, drizzle with chocolate and top with a slice of fresh kiwi
- Place back in the freezer and remove when you are ready to enjoy!
