It’s hard not to smile when thinking about the summer and sun-washed ripe red strawberries. Especially when each Fruit Mix Chia Pudding Strawberry Parfait contains over fifty strawberries, and taste like a cup of summer fun. We prepare each Fruit Mix Chia Pudding Strawberry Parfait in small batches in our Brooklyn, NY facility where we carefully crafted this product to actually taste like the fruit you see pictured on the bottle. Lastly, we boosted our Fruit Mix Chia Pudding Strawberry Parfait with some natural antioxidant goodness derived from superfruits such as Acai, Goji, Acerola, and Maqui berries.


📝 Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • Coconut Yogurt 
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Heart-Shaped Marshmallow
  • Vegan Coconut Whip Cream
  • Smartfruit Sunny Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Raspberries
  • 4 oz Smartfruit Summer Strawberry



🍶 Preparation:

  1. Chia Pudding: Mix vigorously for a seconds 1 cup of plant-based milk with ¼ cup of chia seeds, vanilla extracts and let sit for 5-10 minutes, then repeat. Leave the mixture for a few hours (or overnight) and then stirred in some Coconut Yogurt (optional) and Maple Syrup or Smartfruit Sunny Banana.
  2. Raspberry Puree in a blender blend a cup of fresh or frozen raspberries with Smartfruit Summer Strawberry.
  3. Assembly: Pour the chia pudding in your favorite jar, layer with the berry mixture and top with whipped cream and marshmallow hearts and confetti 


Note: The berry layer could also be made by blending the berries with potato starch
