📝 Ingredients: Chia Berry Breakfast Jars
✻ 2 Frozen Bananas
✻ 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
✻ Splash of Almond Milk
✻ ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
✻ 1 Tsp. Smartfruit Summer Strawberry
✻ ½ Cup Plant Based Yogurt
✻ ¼ Cup Almond Milk
✻ 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
✻ 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
✻ 1 ½ Tsp. Maple Syrup
✻ Small Handful of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
🍶 Preparation:
- Start by making the chia pudding the night before; combine yogurt, ¼ cup milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup together. Seal container or cover in the refrigerator from 2 hours to overnight
- In the morning, make your nice cream; add bananas, strawberries, almond milk, vanilla, and Smartfruit Summer Strawberry to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Remove chia mixture from refrigerator and add as the first layer to your jar
- Top with strawberry mixture
- Finish with fresh or frozen blueberries
- Delicious!
