✻ Bour-Apple Sour

For our next round, think vacation in a glass! This bourbon and pineapple cocktail is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day, turn on some music, put your feet up, and get carried away to an island oasis. This concoction also contains prebiotic fiber from the Smartfruit Aloha Pineapple smoothie mix. 📝 Ingredients: Bour-Apple Sour   

✻ 2 Oz. Bourbon

✻ 1 Oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

✻ 1 Oz. Pineapple Gum Syrup or 1 Oz. Smartfruit Aloha Pineapple  

✻ ½ Oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

✻ ½ Oz. Orange Liqueur

✻ 2 Dashes of Bitters   

✻ Sparkling Water  

 

🍶 Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients besides sparkling water to an ice filled shaker
2. Shake well
3. Strain into an ice filled glass (Try freezing pineapple chunks and using in place of ice)
4. Top with sparkling water
5. Garnish with fresh pineapple
6. Enjoy!
