📝 Ingredients: Bite Size Mango Tarts
✻ 1 Cup Mango Puree
✻ Slightly Less Than 1 Cup Coconut Milk
✻ ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
✻ 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
✻ 1 Tsp. Agar-Agar Powder
✻ ½ Cup GF White Flour
✻ ½ Cup Almond Flour
✻ 2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
✻ 2 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil
✻ ¼ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
✻ 1 Pinch of Salt
✻ 1 Tsp. Smartfruit Mellow Mango
🍶 Preparation:
- Start by preheating your oven to 350ºF and greasing your mini tart pans
- Add flours, pure maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to a food processor
- Blend until a perfect moist almost sand-like consistency is formed
- Press into you greased tart pan and bake until golden brown (Around 15 minutes)
- Next let’s whip up the filling!
- Add coconut milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Slowly stir-in cornstarch and agar powder then whisk until both dissolve
- While the mixture is boiling whisk in maple syrup and continue to whisk for an additional 30 seconds
- Add mixture to a food processor along with the mango and Smartfruit and blend together
- After straining the mixture, add to you tart pan
- Refrigerate overnight
- Delicious!
