 Bite Size Mango Tarts

Let’s finish up this round of delightful desserts with a tart so tasty you just may need a second (or third) helping! These mango tarts are made with simple wholesome ingredients and can be prepared with ease. Infused with a 100% real fruit puree mix, these tarts take dessert to a whole new level. Plus, they are powered by a dynamic blend of all-natural immune boosting ingredients to help your body prepare for anything. This has been a crazy year so give each day a sweet finish!   

 

📝 Ingredients: Bite Size Mango Tarts                 

 1 Cup Mango Puree                                

 Slightly Less Than 1 Cup Coconut Milk   

 ¼ Cup Maple Syrup            

 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch       

 1 Tsp. Agar-Agar Powder  

 ½ Cup GF White Flour  

 ½ Cup Almond Flour                                

 2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup    

 2 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil            

 ¼ Tsp. Vanilla Extract        

 1 Pinch of Salt

 1 Tsp. Smartfruit Mellow Mango  

 

🍶 Preparation:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350ºF and greasing your mini tart pans
  2. Add flours, pure maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to a food processor
  3. Blend until a perfect moist almost sand-like consistency is formed
  4. Press into you greased tart pan and bake until golden brown (Around 15 minutes)
  5. Next let’s whip up the filling!
  6. Add coconut milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil
  7. Slowly stir-in cornstarch and agar powder then whisk until both dissolve
  8. While the mixture is boiling whisk in maple syrup and continue to whisk for an additional 30 seconds
  9. Add mixture to a food processor along with the mango and Smartfruit and blend together
  10. After straining the mixture, add to you tart pan  
  11. Refrigerate overnight
  12. Delicious!
