Winter time is a season that not many people like, especially if you get cold easily. Not to fear, this delicious Fruit Puree Banana-Spice Hot Chia is perfect for those of you who enjoy warm spices. We took the care to craft each Fruit Puree Banana-Spice Hot Chia in small batches selecting only the best and freshest raw ingredients. Each Fruit Puree Banana-Spice Hot Chia contains a whole bunch of rich and creamy all-natural non-GMO bananas that are 100% fruit blend. Lastly, we boosted this delicious treat with Oat fiber which promotes easy digestion and as well as good heart health.

📝 Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups Water
  • 2 whole Cloves
  • 1”-piece Ginger Root
  • 5 whole Cardamom Posts
  • 3 whole Black Peppercorns
  • ¼ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 small Star Anise
  • ½ cup Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 Earl Grey Tea bags
  • ¾ cup Plant-Based Milk
  • ¼ cup Soy/Almond Creamer
  • ½ cup Smartfruit Sunny Banana 

🍶 Preparation:

  1. Begin by cutting the ginger into quarters and using the back of your knife to smash each piece. Next, carefully smash the cardamom pods to open them. 
  2. Combine water with all spices in a spice ball or spice bag. Alternately, just dump all the spices in the water and plan to strain the tea before serving. Whatever is easier.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil and let boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add tea bags, Smartfruit Sunny Banana, plant-based milk (we recommend oat milk!) and creamer. Bring back to a boil, let boil for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Let cool for a couple minutes, strain, serve and Enjoy!
