🍶 Baked Berry Oatmeal Recipe Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9-inch square baking
- In a small bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg by stirring gently. Set aside
- Using a separate bowl or blender, add the milk, Smartfruit Blooming Berry smoothie base, eggs, melted butter (or coconut oil) and vanilla
- Whisk until blended well or pulse on low for 10 seconds
- Place berries on the bottom of the greased baking dish and cover with the dry oatmeal mixture.
- Pour wet ingredients over the oats
- Pat oats gently to ensure the mixture is completely moistened. Top with the remaining berries
- Bake 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Once fully cooked remove from oven and allow to cool before serving
- Once cooled, drizzle Smartfruit Blooming Berry smoothie base on top and serve with your favorite yogurt or ice cream
