This satisfying simple yet oh-so-gorgeous drink is the perfect way to end the day or as a new edition to any brunch menu. It doesn’t have to be five o’clock when brunch is involved. Enjoy!    

📝 Ingredients: The Gin Crowd                

✻ 4 Tbsp. Gin                               

✻ 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice   

✻ 1 ½ Tbsp. Honey and Butterfly Pea Tea Syrup (Mix equal parts honey and warm butterfly pea tea)            

✻ 2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Arils       

✻ 3 Sage Leaves      

✻ Egg Whites or Aquafaba for a Vegan option

✻ Lime Bitters       

✻ ½ Tbsp. Smartfruit Superfruit All-Stars   

 

🍶 Preparation:

1. Start by muddling the pomegranate arils and sage with the lime juice and Smartfruit
2. Add ice and the remaining ingredients
3. Shake well
4. Strain into a glass
5. Garnish with pomegranate arils and sage
