It’s the new year and you’re probably wondering how you should start off your mornings everyday if you’re trying to stay healthy. Not to fear, here’s a Fruit Flavoring Banana-Apricot Chia Pudding recipe that’ll brighten up your mornings and provide you with a healthy dose of vitamins A, C, and D. Each Fruit Flavoring Banana-Apricot Chia is carefully selected so we can provide the best and freshest ingredients that contains a whole bunch of rich and creamy all-natural non-GMO bananas. Lastly, we boosted this delicious treat with oat fiber which promotes easy digestion and as well as good heart health.

 

 

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 oz. Smartfruit Sunny Banana
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • Dry Apricots and Fresh Banana for Topping

 

🍶 Preparation:

  1. For Whole Chia Seed Version: Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth (including any added flavors, fruits or chocolate). Whisk in chia seeds. For Blended/Smooth Version: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. Stir or whisk a few times within the first hour to help it gel evenly.
  3. Garnish with Banana and Apricots
